Results and Measures

As an Academy we strive for all students to leave having acquired the qualifications needed to pursue the career of their choice. We recognise the value of all qualifications in developing a rounded adult but understand that considerable emphasis must be placed upon the core subjects of English and Maths.

We are pleased that the attainment and progress of students leaving Seahaven Academy continues to improve year on year. Especially when we take into consideration the changes that have occurred within the GCSE examination system and the change from A*-G to 9-1. The 2019 cohort achieved results that were inline with national averages when considering the progress made across the subjects studied. A number of students achieved GCSE grades 7 or above which was particularly pleasing.
