Medical Information

At Seahaven Academy we offer first aid facilities to students and are also able to administer medication.  Please ensure the correct forms are completed (see below) and return these to student services prior to the medication being administered.  Should your child need prescribed medicine, please ensure the box and prescription label is provided for our records. Please note we are only able to administer Ibuprofen if this has been administered by a doctor.

All medicine is stored in a secure unit and parents will be notified via text when the medication has been administered to your child.

Should medication need to be taken at a certain time, please could you remind your child to come to the office as needed, as it may not always be possible to call the student down to the office from their lesson.

If you wish for your child to carry their own medication, please complete the permission to carry own medication form here and hand this in to student services for our records.
